Composition

Levocetirizine (5mg) + Montelukast (10mg)

Uses of Zycet M Tab 10S

Relief of allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy/watery eyes (allergic rhinitis) and itching/wheals in chronic urticaria (hives).

How it works

Levocetirizine is a second-generation antihistamine. It blocks peripheral H1-histamine receptors and reduces the effects of histamine released during allergic reactions, thereby relieving sneezing, itching, runny nose and watery eyes.

Directions for use

Tablet for oral use. Take as directed by your doctor, usually once daily (often in the evening). Can be taken with or without food; swallow with water. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Warnings & precautions

May cause drowsiness—avoid driving or operating machinery if affected. Use with caution in kidney disease; dose adjustment may be needed. Inform your doctor if you have urinary retention/prostatic enlargement. Stop and seek medical help if signs of allergy (rash, swelling, breathing difficulty) occur.
