Allergic rhinitis (seasonal/perennial) with sneezing, runny/blocked nose, itchy/watery eyes; allergy-related cough; adjunct in mild asthma/allergy symptoms as prescribed
Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks inflammatory mediators (leukotrienes) involved in allergy and bronchoconstriction. Levocetirizine is a second-generation antihistamine that blocks H1 receptors to reduce sneezing, itching, watery eyes and runny nose.
Tablet for oral use. Take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily in the evening; can be taken with or without food. Swallow whole with water; do not exceed the recommended dose.

May cause drowsiness—avoid driving/alcohol if affected. Use with caution in liver disease. Seek medical help for mood/behavior changes (agitation, depression, suicidal thoughts) reported rarely with montelukast. Not for acute asthma attack; keep rescue inhaler if asthmatic. Children, elderly, and patients with kidney impairment may need dose adjustment (levocetirizine).
