Capsule

Prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies, nutritional supplementation during weakness/fatigue, convalescence, poor dietary intake, and to support immunity and overall wellness.

Provides essential vitamins and minerals required for normal metabolism, energy production, and tissue repair. Antioxidants help neutralize free radicals and reduce oxidative stress, supporting immune function and recovery from deficiency states.

Capsule. Take 1 capsule once daily or as directed by a physician, preferably after food with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in patients with kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypervitaminosis (A/D), hypercalcaemia, haemochromatosis/iron overload (if iron-containing), or allergy to any component. If pregnant/breastfeeding, on chronic medicines, or if symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children.

Antibiotics (tetracyclines, quinolones) and minerals—separate by 2-4 hours; levothyroxine—separate by at least 4 hours; antacids/calcium/iron may affect absorption of other drugs; warfarin may be affected by vitamin K-containing supplements; thiazide diuretics with vitamin D/calcium may increase hypercalcaemia risk (depending on formulation).

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct light. Keep the container tightly closed.
