Provides essential vitamins and minerals that support normal immune cell function and antibody response. Antioxidants help reduce oxidative stress, while micronutrients like zinc, selenium and vitamin C support barrier protection and recovery.
Tablet for oral use. Take 1 tablet once daily or as directed by physician, preferably after food; swallow whole with water. Do not exceed recommended dose.
Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, metallic taste, headache, vomiting, dark-colored urine (due to riboflavin)
Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones (high vitamin C), hypervitaminosis A/D, iron overload disorders, and thyroid disorders (if iodine present). Diabetics should check label for sugar content if any. Stop and seek medical advice if allergic reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children.
Antibiotics (tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones) and levothyroxine—separate by 2-4 hours due to reduced absorption with minerals; antacids/PPIs may affect absorption of some minerals; warfarin (vitamin K content may affect INR); thiazide diuretics (risk of hypercalcemia with vitamin D/calcium); other vitamin/mineral supplements (risk of overdose)
