Prevention and treatment of vitamin/mineral deficiencies, nutritional supplementation during convalescence, poor dietary intake, fatigue/weakness due to deficiency states, general health supplement

Provides essential vitamins and minerals required for normal metabolism, energy production, blood formation, nerve function and immunity. Lysine (an essential amino acid) supports protein synthesis and appetite, helping recovery from nutritional deficiency.

Oral syrup. Shake well before use. Typically taken once daily or as advised by doctor; may be taken after food to reduce stomach upset. Use a measuring cup/spoon and do not exceed the recommended dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, metallic taste, headache, orange/yellow urine

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed recommended dose. Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, iron overload disorders (e.g., hemochromatosis) or hypervitaminosis. If you are on other vitamin/mineral products, avoid duplication. Diabetics should check sugar content on label. Seek medical advice if pregnant/breastfeeding or if symptoms persist.

Levodopa (without carbidopa), tetracyclines/quinolones and levothyroxine (separate by 2–4 hours due to mineral chelation), antacids/iron/calcium supplements (may affect absorption of other medicines), warfarin (vitamin K-containing products may affect INR)
