Acucal Tablet

Acucal Tablet contains Magnesium (100mg) + Vitamin D3 (200IU) + Calcium (200mg) and is used for nutritional deficiencies.

Acucal Tablet works by combining minerals and vitamins essential for bone and muscle health. Calcium provides the building blocks needed to maintain strong bones and teeth. Vitamin D3 improves the absorption of calcium from the intestine and supports bone mineralization. Magnesium regulates calcium transport, muscle contraction, and nerve signaling, while also contributing to energy production. Together, these nutrients improve bone strength, support muscle and nerve activity, and help correct nutritional deficiencies.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Acucal Tablet may be taken with or without food.

A supplement is not a substitute for a balanced diet or for treating the cause of a symptom. Iron makes stools black and can cause constipation — this is expected, but tell your doctor if it troubles you. Keep iron-containing products well out of reach of children; an overdose in a small child is a medical emergency. Check the labels of everything you take so you do not double up on the same nutrient. Do not take more than your doctor has advised. Vitamin D builds up in the body and too much raises blood calcium, causing thirst, frequent urination, nausea and confusion. High-dose weekly or monthly sachets are prescription strengths — do not repeat one because you missed a week. Tell your doctor if you have had kidney stones or have kidney disease.

Iron, calcium, zinc and magnesium reduce the absorption of thyroid tablets and several antibiotics — separate them by a few hours. Tea and coffee taken with iron reduce how much is absorbed; vitamin C increases it. Calcium reduces the absorption of thyroid tablets, several antibiotics and iron — separate them by a few hours. Water tablets of the thiazide group raise calcium further when combined.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
