Neuropathic pain (peripheral neuropathy such as diabetic neuropathy), nerve pain due to vitamin B12 deficiency, tingling/numbness (paresthesia), adjunct in chronic neuropathic pain conditions as prescribed

Pregabalin reduces abnormal nerve signaling by binding to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels, decreasing release of excitatory neurotransmitters and relieving neuropathic pain. Methylcobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12 that supports myelin formation and nerve repair, improving neuropathic symptoms.

Take orally as prescribed, usually once daily (often at night) or as directed by the doctor. Swallow whole with water; can be taken with or without food. Do not stop suddenly—taper may be needed to avoid withdrawal symptoms.

Dizziness, sleepiness (somnolence), blurred vision, dry mouth, weight gain, peripheral edema (swelling), fatigue, constipation, difficulty concentrating

May cause dizziness and drowsiness—avoid driving or operating machinery until you know the effect. Use with caution in kidney disease (dose adjustment may be required). Risk of edema and weight gain; caution in heart failure. Do not discontinue abruptly. Seek help for mood changes, depression, or suicidal thoughts. Use cautiously with other CNS depressants.

Alcohol and other CNS depressants (increased sedation), opioids (increased drowsiness/respiratory depression risk), benzodiazepines (additive sedation), antihistamines/sleep medicines (additive sedation), ACE inhibitors (may increase risk of angioedema with pregabalin)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
