Allergic rhinitis (hay fever) symptoms such as blocked nose/nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing and nasal itching.

This is a combination nasal spray typically containing an intranasal corticosteroid to reduce inflammation and swelling in the nasal passages and an antihistamine to block histamine and quickly relieve allergy symptoms. Together they provide both fast and sustained relief in allergic rhinitis.

For intranasal use only. Shake well before use, prime the spray if using for the first time or after a gap, and spray into each nostril as prescribed. Use regularly at the same time each day; avoid spraying into the eyes or mouth. Follow the exact dose and duration advised by your doctor.

Nasal irritation or burning, nosebleed (epistaxis), headache, unpleasant taste, throat irritation, dryness in nose/throat, sneezing, drowsiness

Use with caution in patients with recent nasal surgery/trauma or nasal infections. Prolonged use of intranasal corticosteroids may rarely cause nasal ulceration/perforation, cataract/glaucoma risk or effects on growth in children—use the lowest effective dose. Stop and seek medical help if severe nosebleeds, vision changes, or signs of allergy occur. If it causes drowsiness, avoid driving/operating machinery.

Other CNS depressants (may increase drowsiness), strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, ritonavir/cobicistat) may increase systemic corticosteroid exposure, other intranasal steroids/antihistamines (additive effects).

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from direct sunlight and heat. Do not freeze. Keep the canister upright and out of reach of children.
