Vitamin E supplementation, prevention/treatment of vitamin E deficiency, antioxidant support in conditions with increased oxidative stress (as advised by doctor)

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that helps protect cell membranes from free-radical (oxidative) damage. It supports normal immune function and helps maintain healthy skin and other tissues.

Take by mouth as directed by physician/dietitian. Usually 1 softgel daily after food (fat-containing meal improves absorption). Swallow whole with water; do not chew or crush.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Use with caution in bleeding disorders, vitamin K deficiency, before surgery (may increase bleeding risk at high doses), and in people taking anticoagulants/antiplatelets. Consult a doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have chronic illness. Stop and seek medical help if allergic reaction occurs.

Warfarin and other anticoagulants (increased bleeding risk), antiplatelet drugs (aspirin, clopidogrel), other supplements affecting coagulation (omega-3/fish oil, garlic, ginkgo), orlistat/cholestyramine (reduced absorption of vitamin E)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
