Nutritional supplement syrup to prevent or treat vitamin/mineral deficiencies and support general weakness, poor appetite and convalescence (exact ingredients vary by label).

Provides essential vitamins and/or minerals that act as cofactors in metabolism and energy production. Helps correct dietary deficiencies and supports normal growth, immune function and recovery.

Shake well before use. Take by mouth using a measuring cup/spoon, preferably after food. Dose and duration as advised by a doctor/label (commonly once or twice daily).

Nausea, stomach upset, vomiting, diarrhea/constipation, abdominal discomfort, headache, unpleasant taste

Do not exceed recommended dose. Use with caution in kidney or liver disease, hypervitaminosis, iron overload disorders (if iron-containing), or history of kidney stones (if vitamin C/calcium-containing). If symptoms persist or you are on chronic medicines, consult a doctor. Check sugar content in diabetics. Stop and seek medical help if allergic reaction occurs.

Antacids, tetracyclines/fluoroquinolone antibiotics (if mineral-containing), levothyroxine (if iron/calcium-containing), warfarin (if vitamin K-containing), anticonvulsants like phenytoin/carbamazepine (may reduce folate/vitamin D levels), cholestyramine/orlistat (reduces fat-soluble vitamin absorption)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
