Prevention and treatment of calcium and vitamin D deficiency, support in osteoporosis/osteopenia, bone health support during increased requirement (elderly, postmenopausal women) as advised by doctor
Calcium helps maintain bone mineralization and normal neuromuscular function. Vitamin D3 increases intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphorus and supports bone formation. Vitamin K2-7 activates bone proteins (e.g., osteocalcin) that help bind calcium into bone, supporting healthy bone mineral density.
Softgel capsule: take as advised by physician, usually once daily after food with water. Do not chew unless directed. Maintain adequate hydration and dietary calcium as recommended.
Constipation, stomach upset, nausea, bloating, gas, abdominal pain, metallic taste (rare)
Use with caution in kidney disease, kidney stones, hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism, sarcoidosis, or severe dehydration. Excess intake can cause high calcium levels; seek care for persistent vomiting, confusion, excessive thirst/urination. If on anticoagulants (warfarin/acenocoumarol), consult doctor before use due to vitamin K2. Do not exceed recommended dose; monitor calcium/vitamin D levels if long-term use.
Warfarin/acenocoumarol (vitamin K reduces anticoagulant effect), thiazide diuretics (risk of hypercalcemia), digoxin (arrhythmia risk with hypercalcemia), levothyroxine (reduced absorption—separate by 4 hours), tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics and bisphosphonates (reduced absorption—separate by 2-6 hours), corticosteroids and anticonvulsants like phenytoin/carbamazepine (may reduce vitamin D effect)
