Atorfit CV Gold 20/75/75 mg is a prescription medicine containing Aspirin (75mg) + Atorvastatin (20mg) + Clopidogrel (75mg). It is used for heart attack. It belongs to the group of medicines called Blood thinner and Statin / lipid modifier.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. The dose and how long you take it depend on what you are being treated for and how you respond. Do not take more, or for longer, than your doctor has advised.
The side effects seen most often with Atorfit CV Gold 20/75/75 mg are bruising easily, bleeding for longer from cuts, nosebleeds and indigestion. Most are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. Tell your doctor if one persists or worries you.

Stop the medicine and get help at once for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Atorfit CV Gold 20 Capsule should be taken with or after food.
Atorfit CV Gold 20 Capsule is a combination of three medicines: aspirin, atorvastatin, and clopidogrel. Aspirin and clopidogrel are antiplatelet medications. They work by preventing the platelets from sticking together and decreasing the formation of harmful blood clots. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication that blocks an enzyme required in the body to make cholesterol. It lowers the "bad" cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides and raises the "good" cholesterol (HDL).
Seek urgent care for black or tarry stools, blood in the vomit or urine, a severe headache, or bleeding that will not stop. Tell every doctor and dentist treating you that you are on a blood thinner, well before any procedure. Never stop this medicine on your own before surgery or dental work — stopping it carries its own risk, and the decision is your doctor's. Avoid contact sports and take care with razors and sharp tools. Aspirin must not be given to children or teenagers with a fever or a viral illness — it is linked to Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious condition affecting the brain and liver. Low-dose aspirin for the heart is a lifelong treatment. Do not stop it before surgery or dental work without asking the doctor who prescribed it. Report unexplained muscle pain, tenderness or weakness — especially with fever or dark urine — without waiting for your next appointment. Your doctor will check your liver with a blood test before starting and from time to time afterwards. Cholesterol medicines work silently; you will not feel their benefit, and that is not a reason to stop. Tell your doctor if you develop new or worsening diabetes symptoms.
If you miss a dose of Atorfit CV Gold 20 Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
An overdose of this medicine can cause serious and difficult-to-control bleeding. It is unlikely to cause immediate harm but may increase the risk of muscle and liver injury. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.
Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
