Coenzyme Q10 supports mitochondrial energy (ATP) production and acts as an antioxidant. L-carnitine helps transport fatty acids into mitochondria for energy generation, while antioxidants like lycopene help reduce oxidative stress.

Take as directed by physician. Usually taken orally once daily after food to improve absorption and reduce stomach upset; swallow whole with water.
