Oral tablet. Take as directed by physician/label, commonly 1 tablet once daily after food with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones (if high vitamin C/calcium), iron overload disorders (if iron present) and in patients on multiple supplements to avoid overdose (vitamins A/D, iron). Keep out of reach of children; accidental overdose of iron-containing products can be fatal in children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a chronic illness, consult a doctor before use.
May interact with antacids/calcium (reduces iron absorption), levothyroxine (separate by 4 hours), tetracyclines/quinolones (separate by 2–6 hours if minerals like iron/zinc/calcium present), warfarin (if vitamin K present), methotrexate/antiepileptics (folate-related), other multivitamins (risk of overdose).
