B-Sys M Tablet is a combination of two medicines: bilastine and montelukast. Bilastine is an antiallergic medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body. Montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways to relieve symptoms of allergies.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. B-Sys M Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, nursing, or on medication; not recommended for individuals with bleeding disorders.

May interact with anticoagulants, antiplatelet drugs, and certain antidepressants.
