Tablet
Adjunct nutritional support in chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins and related symptoms (leg heaviness, swelling/edema, pain, cramps); support for hemorrhoids/piles and capillary fragility.
Citrus bioflavonoids/hesperidin help improve venous tone and reduce capillary permeability, supporting microcirculation and reducing edema. Horse chestnut (aescin) has venotonic and anti-edema activity. Curcuma longa provides anti-inflammatory antioxidant support, while piper nigrum may enhance absorption of curcumin and other phytochemicals.
Tablet; take as advised by a physician. Commonly taken 1 tablet once or twice daily after food with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose; use regularly for best benefit.
Nausea, stomach discomfort, heartburn, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, skin rash, allergic reactions
For adult use unless prescribed. Use with caution in bleeding disorders or if you are on blood thinners/antiplatelets (may increase bleeding tendency). Stop and seek medical advice if you develop rash, breathing difficulty, severe abdominal pain, black/tarry stools, or unusual bleeding/bruising. Use caution in liver disease, gallbladder disease (turmeric may aggravate), and kidney disease. Not a substitute for medical treatment of severe varicose veins/ulcers; seek care if there is sudden leg swelling/pain, redness, or breathlessness (rule out DVT/PE).
Anticoagulants/antiplatelets (warfarin, acenocoumarol, heparin, aspirin, clopidogrel) – increased bleeding risk; NSAIDs – increased GI/bleeding risk; antihypertensives – possible additive BP lowering (horse chestnut); antidiabetic medicines – possible additive glucose lowering (turmeric); drugs affected by piperine (may increase levels of some medicines by inhibiting metabolism)
