Nutritional supplement for hair fall, hair thinning and brittle hair; supports keratin formation and antioxidant protection; adjuvant in biotin/zinc/selenium deficiency states affecting hair and nails.

Biotin and calcium pantothenate support keratin infrastructure and normal hair/nail growth. Zinc, selenium, copper and vitamin E provide antioxidant and micronutrient support important for follicle function and pigmentation. Acetylcysteine replenishes intracellular glutathione and reduces oxidative stress, which may help protect hair follicles.

Capsule for oral use. Take 1 capsule once daily after food (or as directed by a physician). Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew.

For nutritional supplementation only; not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in people with asthma or history of bronchospasm (acetylcysteine), peptic ulcer/GERD, or known hypersensitivity to any ingredient. Do not exceed recommended dose; long-term high-dose zinc may cause copper deficiency. If pregnant, breastfeeding, on chronic medicines, or if hair loss is sudden/severe (possible medical causes like thyroid/anaemia), consult a doctor.

Tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics (zinc reduces absorption; separate by 2–4 hours), Levothyroxine (separate by at least 4 hours), Penicillamine (separate by at least 2 hours), Iron/calcium/magnesium supplements (may reduce mutual absorption; separate dosing), Anticoagulants/antiplatelets such as warfarin (vitamin E may increase bleeding risk at higher doses; monitor if used)
