Multivitamins and minerals replenish essential micronutrients required for normal metabolism and body functions. Antioxidant components help reduce oxidative stress and support immune function.
Capsule for oral use. Take 1 capsule once daily (or as directed by a physician), preferably after food. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew.
Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, headache, metallic taste
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones, iron overload disorders, or if taking other vitamin/mineral products (risk of overdose). If pregnant, breastfeeding, on chronic medicines, or if symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Discontinue and seek medical advice if allergic reactions occur.
Antibiotics (tetracyclines, quinolones), levothyroxine, antacids containing calcium/magnesium, bisphosphonates, anticoagulants (warfarin)
