Nutritional supplement for children to help meet daily vitamin/mineral needs and support growth and overall health (when dietary intake is inadequate).
Provides essential micronutrients (vitamins/minerals) that act as cofactors in metabolism, energy production and tissue growth. Helps prevent or correct nutritional deficiencies due to poor intake, picky eating or increased requirements during growth.
Oral nutritional powder. Mix the recommended quantity in milk or water and consume immediately. Use as directed on the label or by a pediatrician; do not exceed the stated daily serving.
Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, metallic taste, allergy/rash (rare)
Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult a pediatrician if the child has chronic illness, is on other medicines, has known allergy to any ingredient, or if symptoms persist. Keep out of reach of children; excess intake of fat-soluble vitamins (A/D/E/K) or minerals can be harmful.
If the product contains iron/calcium/zinc: may reduce absorption of levothyroxine, tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones and bisphosphonates—separate by 2-4 hours. Vitamin K (if present) may interfere with warfarin. Antacids/PPIs may affect absorption of some minerals.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep container tightly closed. Use a dry spoon; do not refrigerate unless label advises.
