Vitamin and mineral nutritional supplement; used to prevent or treat vitamin deficiencies due to poor diet, increased requirements, convalescence, weakness and fatigue.

Provides essential vitamins and minerals that act as co-factors in metabolism and help maintain normal nerve function, blood formation and immunity. Replenishing deficiencies improves energy levels and overall well-being.

Oral syrup. Shake well before use and measure with a cup/spoon. Generally taken once daily after food or as directed by a doctor; dosage depends on age and nutritional status.

Nausea, stomach upset, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, headache, unpleasant taste

Do not exceed recommended dose. Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones or iron overload (if product contains iron). Some vitamin supplements may affect lab tests; inform your doctor. Stop and seek medical advice if allergic reactions occur.

Antacids, tetracycline antibiotics, quinolone antibiotics, levothyroxine, warfarin/anticoagulants, antiepileptics (phenytoin/carbamazepine), methotrexate, isoniazid—separate dosing or consult doctor as interactions depend on exact composition.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Keep bottle tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
