Capsule

Vitamin and mineral supplementation to prevent or treat nutritional deficiencies; supports bone, joint and muscle health (as directed by physician).

Provides essential micronutrients that act as cofactors in calcium and vitamin D metabolism and support normal bone mineralisation. Helps correct dietary deficiency states and supports musculoskeletal function.

Softgel capsule: take by mouth with water, preferably after food. Use the dose and duration as advised by a doctor/dietitian; do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhoea, abdominal discomfort, headache, unpleasant taste

Not for treatment of acute medical emergencies. Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcaemia, hypervitaminosis D, liver disease, or if taking other vitamin/mineral products (risk of overdose). Stop and seek medical advice if rash, swelling, or breathing difficulty occurs. Diabetics and patients on anticoagulants should consult a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.

May interact with levothyroxine, tetracyclines/quinolones (reduced absorption with minerals), thiazide diuretics (hypercalcaemia risk with calcium/vitamin D), digoxin (arrhythmia risk with high calcium), antiepileptics like phenytoin/carbamazepine (reduced vitamin D effect), warfarin (if product contains vitamin K)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep blister tightly packed; do not use if capsule is leaking or damaged.
