This medicine is used in the treatment of nutritional deficiency, dietary supplementation, pain, inflammation, arthritis, fever and period pain.

This medicine combines 3 active ingredients: Glucosamine, Diacerein and Methylsulfonylmethane. Glucosamine supplies a vitamin, mineral or nutrient that your diet may not be providing in sufficient amount. Diacerein blocks the chemicals your body makes at a site of injury or inflammation, which reduces pain, swelling and fever. Methylsulfonylmethane supplies a vitamin, mineral or nutrient that your diet may not be providing in sufficient amount.

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush or break it unless your doctor has told you to. Take it with or after food. Taking it at about the same time each day helps you remember. Follow the dose and the duration written on your prescription.

Tea and coffee taken with iron reduce how much is absorbed; vitamin C increases it. Combining with a blood thinner or aspirin sharply raises the bleeding risk. Reduces the effect of blood pressure medicines and water tablets, and together with them can harm the kidneys. Never take two anti-inflammatory painkillers at the same time.
