Nutritional supplement for supporting bone health and helping meet daily calcium needs; may be used in calcium/vitamin deficiency, osteopenia/osteoporosis support, and during increased requirement states (as advised).

Bone health supplements typically provide calcium and supportive nutrients (e.g., vitamin D3, minerals) to improve calcium absorption and bone mineralisation. This helps maintain bone strength and reduces risk of deficiency-related bone problems.

Tablets to be taken by mouth as directed by a physician/dietitian. Commonly taken after food with water or milk; do not exceed the recommended daily intake on the label.

Constipation, bloating, gas, nausea, stomach upset

Not a substitute for a varied diet. Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcaemia, hyperparathyroidism, or sarcoidosis. If pregnant/breastfeeding, on chronic medicines, or if symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Stop and seek medical advice if allergic reactions occur.

May reduce absorption of tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics, levothyroxine, bisphosphonates, iron, and zinc; separate dosing by 2-4 hours. Thiazide diuretics may increase risk of hypercalcaemia; corticosteroids may reduce calcium absorption.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.
