Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is an essential water‑soluble vitamin and antioxidant. It supports collagen synthesis, wound healing, and helps protect cells from oxidative damage while supporting immune function.
Take by mouth as directed by a physician. Generally taken once daily after food; swallow tablet with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Use with caution in patients with kidney disease or history of kidney stones (high doses may increase oxalate).
