How It Works
Calcium carbonate provides elemental calcium needed for bone mineralization and normal nerve/muscle function. Vitamin D3 increases intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphate, helping improve bone strength and correct deficiency.
Directions for Use
Shake well before use. Take the suspension by mouth using a measuring cup/spoon, preferably after food or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dose; maintain a gap of 2–4 hours from interacting medicines (e.g., thyroid hormone, certain antibiotics).
Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcemia/hypervitaminosis D, sarcoidosis or other granulomatous disorders. Excess intake may cause high calcium levels (thirst, frequent urination, confusion). Consult doctor if on long-term therapy, in elderly, or if taking other calcium/vitamin D products.

Levothyroxine (reduced absorption), tetracyclines and quinolones (reduced antibiotic absorption), bisphosphonates (reduced absorption), iron and zinc supplements (reduced absorption), thiazide diuretics (risk of hypercalcemia), digoxin (arrhythmia risk with hypercalcemia), corticosteroids (reduced calcium absorption)
