Calcium and vitamin D supplementation to prevent or treat deficiency; supports bone health in conditions like osteopenia/osteoporosis, fracture healing support, and increased requirements (elderly, postmenopausal, low dietary intake).

Calcium provides the building block for bone mineralization and normal muscle/nerve function. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) increases intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphate, helping improve bone strength and correct deficiency.

Tablet: take as advised by a doctor, usually once daily after food with water. Do not exceed recommended dose; maintain adequate hydration.

Constipation, stomach upset, nausea, bloating, gas, metallic taste

Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism, or high vitamin D levels. Avoid taking multiple calcium/vitamin D products together unless prescribed. Seek medical help if symptoms of high calcium occur (persistent vomiting, confusion, excessive thirst/urination).

May reduce absorption of tetracyclines/quinolones (separate by 2–4 hours), bisphosphonates (separate by 2 hours), levothyroxine (separate by 4 hours), iron/zinc supplements (separate by 2 hours). Thiazide diuretics may increase risk of hypercalcemia; corticosteroids may reduce vitamin D effect; digoxin risk increases with hypercalcemia.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
