Calcium and vitamin D deficiency, osteoporosis/osteopenia, bone health support in elderly and postmenopausal women, adjunct in fracture healing and conditions requiring calcium supplementation

Calcium carbonate replenishes calcium needed for bone mineralization. Calcitriol (active vitamin D3) increases intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphate. Vitamin K2-7 helps direct calcium to bones by supporting carboxylation of osteocalcin, while zinc supports bone formation and mineral metabolism.

Tablet for oral use. Usually taken once daily or as directed by a doctor, preferably after food. Swallow with water; do not exceed prescribed dose. Keep a gap of 2–4 hours from thyroid medicines, iron, or certain antibiotics.

Nausea, constipation, stomach upset, bloating, metallic taste, diarrhea

Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcemia, hypervitaminosis D, sarcoidosis or other granulomatous disorders. Monitor calcium levels if used long-term or with other vitamin D/calcium products. Seek medical advice if symptoms of high calcium occur (loss of appetite, vomiting, excessive thirst/urination, confusion).

Thiazide diuretics (may increase calcium), digoxin (arrhythmia risk with hypercalcemia), corticosteroids (reduce calcium absorption), antiepileptics like phenytoin/phenobarbital (reduce vitamin D effect), levothyroxine (reduced absorption), bisphosphonates, tetracyclines/quinolones (reduced antibiotic absorption), iron supplements (reduced absorption)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
