Calora + Lotion

Calora + Lotion contains Calamine (10% w/v) + Allantoin (0.5% w/v) + Vitamin E acetate (0.5% w/v) and is used for skin disorders.

Calora Lotion is the combination of three medicines: calamine, allantoin, and vitamin E acetate. Calamine is an astringent, which helps to relieve itching and discomfort by cooling the skin and reducing inflammation. Vitamin E acetate is an antioxidant that shields the skin from oxidative stress and keeps the skin moisturized, while allantoin is an anti-inflammatory that encourages cell regeneration. Together, these components aid in reducing inflammation, accelerating the healing process, and enhancing the overall wellness of the skin.

This medicine is for external use only. Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Shake it well and apply to the area evenly.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

For external use only, unless the pack says otherwise. Stop if the skin becomes more irritated, and see a doctor if the condition worsens or spreads. Do a small test patch first if you have sensitive skin. Apply generously and often — several times a day, and always within a few minutes of a bath while the skin is still damp. Some paraffin-based emollients are flammable when they soak into clothing and bedding. Keep away from open flames and cigarettes. Stop if the skin becomes more red, itchy or sore after use. A supplement supports a normal diet; it does not prevent or treat infection. Zinc on an empty stomach commonly causes nausea — take it with food. Very high doses of vitamin A over a long period can be harmful, particularly in pregnancy. Do not take several products containing the same nutrient at once; the totals add up.

No significant interactions are expected from preparations used on the skin. No significant interactions are expected. Zinc and other minerals reduce the absorption of some antibiotics — separate them by a few hours. Tell your doctor if you take a blood thinner, as high-dose vitamin E can add to its effect.

Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight. Close the cap tightly after each use. Keep out of the reach of children.
