Carnitine supplementation for carnitine deficiency; may be used as an adjuvant in conditions with increased carnitine requirement (as advised by a doctor).

Carnitine helps transport long‑chain fatty acids into mitochondria for energy production. Supplementation helps restore low carnitine levels and supports fat metabolism and energy generation.

Oral syrup. Take the prescribed dose using a measuring cup/spoon; may be taken with or without food. Shake well before use; follow doctor/dietician advice for duration.

Nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, heartburn, headache, fishy body odor

Use with caution in patients with seizure disorders (may increase seizure risk in susceptible individuals). Caution in kidney disease and in patients on dialysis—dose adjustment/medical supervision may be required. If symptoms of allergy occur (rash, swelling, breathing difficulty), stop and seek medical help. If used for metabolic disorders or in children, use only under medical supervision.

Warfarin/other anticoagulants (may alter INR), thyroid hormones (may reduce effect in hypothyroidism), valproate and other medicines used for metabolic disorders (consult doctor)

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), protected from light and moisture. Keep container tightly closed. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
