Used as a nutritional supplement for carnitine deficiency and as supportive therapy in fatigue, weakness and poor energy metabolism (as advised by doctor).

Carnitine helps transport long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria for energy production. Supplementation supports cellular energy generation, especially in states of deficiency or increased demand.

Oral syrup. Shake well before use. Take the measured dose as prescribed by a physician, preferably after food. Use the provided measuring cup/spoon and do not exceed the recommended dose.

If you have kidney disease, hypothyroidism, diabetes, or a history of seizures, use only under medical supervision. May cause gastrointestinal upset; taking after food can help.
