Nutritional supplement to support daily protein/amino acid needs; may be used as an adjunct for muscle recovery, weakness, fatigue, convalescence, or increased nutritional requirements (as advised).

Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid used by muscles and the gut. Supplementation may help replenish glutamine stores during stress or intense activity and supports protein synthesis and intestinal cell fuel needs.

Oral powder/sachet. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in water/juice and consume immediately, or as directed by a physician/dietitian. Can be taken with or without food; many prefer after exercise or between meals.

May interact with lactulose (can reduce absorption/effect of glutamine), anticancer medicines/chemotherapy and immunosuppressants (use only under medical supervision).
