Treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension); may also be prescribed to reduce cardiovascular risk as advised by a doctor.

Likely contains cilnidipine, a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels and lowers blood pressure. It reduces the workload on the heart and improves blood flow, helping prevent complications of hypertension.

Take by mouth as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily at the same time each day. Can be taken with or without food; swallow tablet whole with water. Do not stop suddenly without medical advice.

Dizziness, headache, flushing, ankle/feet swelling (edema), fatigue, palpitations, nausea

Use with caution in liver disease, severe aortic stenosis, heart failure, or low blood pressure. May cause dizziness—avoid driving/operating machinery until you know its effect. Monitor blood pressure regularly. Do not self-adjust dose; consult doctor if swelling, severe dizziness, fainting, or chest pain occurs.

Other antihypertensives (additive BP lowering), diuretics (increased hypotension risk), strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, clarithromycin, ritonavir) may increase levels, CYP3A4 inducers (e.g., rifampicin, phenytoin, carbamazepine) may reduce effect, grapefruit juice may increase levels

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture. Keep in original blister pack and out of reach of children.
