This product is a nutraceutical/cognitive support tablet; ingredients (if present such as nootropics/antioxidants/vitamins/minerals) generally help by improving neuronal metabolism, supporting neurotransmitter function and reducing oxidative stress in brain cells. Exact mechanism depends on the listed composition on the pack.

Take as advised by physician. Generally, tablets are taken orally with water, preferably after food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose on the label.
