Nutritional supplement for biotin, iron, zinc and other micronutrient deficiencies; supports hair fall management due to deficiency, brittle nails, general weakness/fatigue related to nutritional deficiency; adjunct in recovery, poor diet, increased nutritional needs.

This combination provides essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids required for keratin formation, red blood cell production and normal metabolic functions. Biotin, zinc and selenium support hair/nail health and antioxidant defense, while iron and vitamin B12 help improve hemoglobin and reduce deficiency-related tiredness. N-acetyl cysteine supports glutathione (antioxidant) levels and L-lysine supports protein synthesis.

Tablet: take as advised by the doctor, commonly 1 tablet once daily after food with water. Do not crush/chew unless instructed. If also taking antacids, calcium, thyroid medicine or certain antibiotics, keep a 2–4 hour gap (as advised).

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, metallic taste, dark stools (iron), vomiting, headache, rash (rare)

Not for treatment of severe anemia unless prescribed and monitored. Iron can cause constipation and dark stools; seek medical help for severe abdominal pain, vomiting blood, black tarry stools, or allergy symptoms. Use with caution in patients with iron overload (hemochromatosis/hemosiderosis), peptic ulcer disease, chronic liver disease, kidney disease, or history of kidney stones (consult doctor). Keep out of reach of children—iron overdose can be dangerous. Inform your doctor if you have any ongoing infections, thyroid disorder, or if you are on long-term medicines.

Reduced absorption with antacids, calcium supplements, dairy, tea/coffee; iron/zinc reduce absorption of tetracyclines and quinolones (e.g., doxycycline, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin), and vice versa—separate by 2–6 hours; iron may reduce effect/absorption of levothyroxine—separate by at least 4 hours; zinc may reduce absorption of penicillamine—separate; NAC may enhance vasodilatory effects with nitrates (rare in supplement doses); chloramphenicol may interfere with response to iron therapy.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and direct light. Keep the blister tightly packed until use.
