Collagen-based beauty/nutrition supplement (health drink) used to support skin glow, skin hydration and elasticity; may also support hair and nail health.

Collagen peptides (if present) provide amino acids that support collagen formation in skin and connective tissue. Added vitamins/antioxidants (commonly vitamin C, biotin, zinc, hyaluronic acid in such products) help protect from oxidative damage and support normal skin barrier and collagen synthesis.

Oral shot (25 ml). Shake well before use. Take 1 shot daily or as directed by a physician/dietitian; can be taken with or without food. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.

May interact with anticoagulants/antiplatelets if product contains high-dose vitamin E/omega-3/herbal antioxidants; minerals like zinc/iron (if present) can reduce absorption of some antibiotics (tetracyclines/quinolones)—separate by 2-4 hours. Exact interactions depend on full ingredient list.
