Cosyrel 5mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of bisoprolol and perindopril arginine that works by protecting the heart and improving blood flow. Bisoprolol is a beta-blocker that slows down the heart rate and reduces its workload, making it easier for the heart to pump blood. Perindopril arginine is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor that relaxes blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more smoothly and lowering blood pressure. Together, they help the heart work more efficiently, reducing strain and preventing complications related to heart disease, high blood pressure, and heart failure.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cosyrel 5mg/5mg Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney impairment, and those with a history of heart conditions.

May interact with other antihypertensives, NSAIDs, and certain antidepressants.
