Prevention and treatment of vitamin B-complex and other nutritional deficiencies, fatigue and weakness due to poor diet, convalescence, adjunct in neuropathy and mouth ulcers where deficiency is suspected

This is a nutritional supplement containing B-vitamins and other micronutrients. B-vitamins support energy metabolism and nerve function, while vitamin C and minerals help antioxidant defense and tissue repair, correcting deficiency-related symptoms.

Capsule: take as advised by physician; commonly 1 capsule once daily after food with water. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, headache, flushing, urine discoloration, allergic reactions (rare)

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in patients with kidney disease or a history of kidney stones (if high vitamin C) and in those with liver disease (if high niacin). If you are pregnant/breastfeeding, have chronic illness, or take other supplements, consult a doctor to avoid excess intake. Stop and seek medical help if rash, swelling or breathing difficulty occurs.

Levodopa (without carbidopa) (vitamin B6 may reduce effect), antiepileptics (phenytoin/phenobarbital) (folate interactions), methotrexate (folate), chloramphenicol (may blunt hematologic response to B12), tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics and penicillamine (reduced absorption with minerals like zinc—separate by 2-3 hours), antacids/metformin/PPIs (may affect B12 absorption long term)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
