Nutritional supplement used to support joint health and mobility; may help in osteoarthritis-related joint discomfort, stiffness and inflammation.

Curcumin (from turmeric) has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity that may help reduce inflammatory mediators involved in joint pain and stiffness. Softgel delivery may improve absorption compared with plain turmeric/curcumin preparations, depending on formulation.

Softgel capsule: take as directed on the label or by a healthcare professional. Generally taken with food and water; do not crush or chew. Duration of use depends on clinical need and response.
