Dapamely 10 Tab contains Dapagliflozin (10mg) and is used for this medicine is used. Prescription required.

This medicine is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes, heart failure and chronic kidney disease.

Dapamely 10 Tablet is an antidiabetic medication. It works by removing excess sugar from your body through urine.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dapamely 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Passing urine more often, Thirst, Genital itching or thrush, Urinary infection, Nausea

Drink enough water, especially in hot weather or if you have loose motions — this medicine makes you pass more urine. Seek urgent care for nausea with vomiting, stomach pain and deep rapid breathing, even if your sugar reading is normal. Report any pain, tenderness, redness or swelling in the genital area or perineum immediately — this is rare but needs same-day attention. Genital thrush is common; keep the area clean and dry and tell your doctor if it recurs.

Water tablets increase the risk of dehydration and low blood pressure when taken with this. Low blood sugar is more likely when combined with insulin or a sulfonylurea.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
