Nutritional supplement syrup used to help prevent or treat nutritional deficiencies; may be used for general weakness, poor dietary intake, fatigue and convalescence (exact indication depends on label composition).

Provides essential nutrients that help meet daily requirements when diet is inadequate. Ingredients (such as vitamins/minerals/antioxidants) support energy metabolism, red blood cell formation and immune function depending on the formulation.

Oral syrup. Shake well before use. Measure with a calibrated cup/spoon and take as advised by a doctor or as per label; can be taken after food to reduce stomach upset.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Use with caution in patients with chronic kidney disease, liver disease, iron overload disorders or history of kidney stones depending on ingredients. Depends on composition; common nutrient interactions may include reduced absorption with antacids/calcium (iron), interaction with tetracyclines/quinolones (minerals), warfarin (vitamin K), levothyroxine (iron/calcium).
