Local relief of muscle and joint pain and inflammation such as sprains, strains, sports injuries, back/neck pain, tendonitis, and osteoarthritis-related pain (topical use).

Topical diclofenac reduces pain and swelling by inhibiting cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes and decreasing prostaglandin formation at the site of injury. Additional counterirritant/analgesic components (if present in the formulation) may provide cooling/warming and local numbing for faster symptomatic relief.

For external use only. Apply a thin layer to the affected area and gently massage until absorbed, usually 2–4 times daily or as directed by a doctor. Wash hands after application; avoid contact with eyes, mouth, genitals, and broken/irritated skin; do not cover with tight bandage or use heat over the area unless advised.

Do not use if allergic to diclofenac/other NSAIDs (or if you have had asthma/urticaria after aspirin/NSAIDs). Avoid applying on cuts, wounds, eczema, or infected skin. Use cautiously in pregnancy (especially third trimester) and during breastfeeding; avoid applying on large areas or for prolonged periods without medical advice. Stop and consult a doctor if severe skin reaction, worsening pain/swelling, or signs of allergy occur. Keep away from children; for external use only.

Other NSAIDs (oral/topical), aspirin, anticoagulants/antiplatelets (e.g., warfarin, clopidogrel), corticosteroids (increased bleeding risk); excessive combined use may increase systemic NSAID exposure though topical absorption is usually low.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat. Keep the container tightly closed; do not freeze.
