Nutrition supplement powder (Ensure®-type formula) containing milk solids/skimmed milk powder, carbohydrates, vegetable oils, vitamins and minerals including Vitamin D and calcium (exact per-serving strengths vary by label)

Provides energy (carbohydrates and fats) and protein along with a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals. Vitamin D helps calcium absorption and supports bone and muscle function, while balanced nutrition supports recovery and daily nutritional adequacy.

Oral powder. Mix the recommended number of scoops in water (or as directed on the pack) and stir/shake until dissolved; consume immediately. Can be taken between meals or as a supplement to meals; follow label/doctor/dietitian advice for frequency and serving size.

Bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhoea, nausea, stomach discomfort

Not for parenteral use. Use with caution in milk allergy; contains milk/soy ingredients (check label). People with diabetes should monitor blood glucose and use under medical/dietitian advice due to carbohydrate content. In kidney disease, liver disease, electrolyte restrictions or on fluid-restricted diets, use only under medical supervision. If lactose intolerant, may cause GI discomfort. Discontinue and seek medical advice if allergic reactions occur.

May affect absorption of some medicines if taken together; keep a gap of ~2 hours from levothyroxine, bisphosphonates, tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics, and iron supplements due to calcium/mineral content. If on warfarin, maintain consistent vitamin K intake (check label for vitamin K).

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the container tightly closed. Use dry scoop; use within the period mentioned on pack after opening.
