Ensure Vanilla Powder

Complete balanced nutrition powder (milk-based) with carbohydrates, proteins, fats (incl. MUFA/PUFA), dietary fibre (may vary by variant), vitamins (A, C, D, E, K, B-complex) and minerals (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, iodine, selenium, etc.). Exact quantities vary by pack/label.

Oral nutritional supplement for adults needing extra calories and protein; helps manage or prevent malnutrition due to poor appetite, illness recovery, post-surgery convalescence, unintentional weight loss, increased nutritional needs, and general weakness/fatigue.

Use with caution in people with diabetes (contains carbohydrates; monitor blood glucose) and in kidney or liver disease (protein/minerals may need adjustment)—consult a clinician. Not intended for infants unless specifically prescribed; use age-appropriate formula for children. If lactose intolerance or milk protein allergy, may cause GI upset/allergic reactions. Stop use and seek medical advice if rash, swelling, breathing difficulty, or persistent vomiting/diarrhea occurs.

No major drug interactions known; if on diabetes medicines/insulin, carbohydrate intake may require dose adjustment. Separate from levothyroxine, tetracyclines/fluoroquinolones, bisphosphonates or iron/zinc supplements if taken concurrently as minerals/protein can affect absorption—keep a 2–4 hour gap.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight. Keep container tightly closed. After opening, use within the period mentioned on the label; use dry scoop and avoid contamination.
