Vitamin D supplementation; prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency; supports calcium absorption and bone health.

Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorus from the gut and maintain normal blood calcium levels. It supports bone mineralization and muscle function, helping prevent deficiency-related bone problems.

Oral drops: take as advised by a doctor/dietitian. Measure the dose using the provided dropper; may be given directly or mixed with a small amount of milk/water. Can be taken with or after food for better absorption.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Use with caution in hypercalcaemia, hypervitaminosis D, kidney disease, kidney stones, sarcoidosis or other granulomatous disorders. High doses for prolonged periods may cause vitamin D toxicity; seek medical advice if symptoms of high calcium occur (persistent nausea, vomiting, weakness, confusion).

thiazide diuretics (risk of hypercalcaemia), digoxin/cardiac glycosides (arrhythmia risk with high calcium), anticonvulsants like phenytoin/phenobarbital (reduced vitamin D effect), corticosteroids (reduced effect), cholestyramine/orlistat (reduced absorption)

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), protected from light and moisture. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
