Nutritional supplement used to prevent or treat vitamin and mineral deficiencies; supports general health, immunity and recovery from illness.

Multivitamin/multimineral supplements replenish essential micronutrients needed for normal metabolism, red blood cell formation, nerve function and immune response. They help correct dietary deficiencies and support energy production and tissue repair.

Take by mouth as advised by a doctor/dietitian. Commonly taken once daily after food with water; swallow whole and do not exceed the recommended dose.

Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones, iron overload (hemochromatosis) or high calcium levels. If pregnant, breastfeeding, on chronic medication, or if symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Some vitamins/minerals can accumulate if taken in excess; avoid taking multiple supplements with overlapping ingredients.

Antacids and calcium/iron/zinc can reduce absorption of tetracycline and quinolone antibiotics; iron and calcium can reduce levothyroxine absorption; vitamin K may reduce effect of warfarin; antiepileptics (phenytoin, carbamazepine) may lower folate/vitamin D; bile acid sequestrants may reduce absorption of fat-soluble vitamins.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.
