Nutritional supplement for preventing or treating vitamin C deficiency; supports immunity and antioxidant protection; may aid collagen formation and wound healing.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a water-soluble antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals and supports immune cell function. It is also essential for collagen synthesis, helping maintain healthy skin, gums, bones and blood vessels.

Take as directed on the label or by a physician. Typically taken orally once daily after food; swallow tablet/capsule with water or dissolve if it is an effervescent/sachet form. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, heartburn, abdominal cramps, diarrhoea, headache

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in people with kidney stones, severe kidney disease, iron overload disorders (e.g., hemochromatosis/thalassemia) or G6PD deficiency. Consult a doctor if pregnant/breastfeeding, if you have chronic illness, or if symptoms persist. Excess intake may increase risk of kidney stones and cause gastrointestinal upset.

Warfarin (monitor INR), iron supplements (increases iron absorption), aluminium-containing antacids (may increase aluminium absorption), certain chemotherapy agents (consult oncologist), high-dose vitamin C may affect some lab test results (e.g., glucose, stool occult blood)

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.
