This medicine combines 3 active ingredients: Multivitamin, Multimineral and Amino Acids. Multivitamin supplies a range of vitamins and minerals to cover gaps in the diet. Multimineral supplies a range of vitamins and minerals to cover gaps in the diet. Amino Acids supplies protein and amino acids, the building blocks your body uses to repair and maintain muscle and tissue.

Take 1 tablet daily after meals with water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Do not take more than one multivitamin product at a time — the doses add together. A multivitamin does not treat tiredness that has another cause; persistent tiredness should be investigated. Tell your doctor before taking a protein supplement if you have kidney disease — the protein load matters. Drink plenty of water while taking a protein supplement. Check the label for milk or soy if you have an allergy or are lactose intolerant.
