Prevention and treatment of vitamin B-complex deficiency; supports nerve health, energy metabolism and recovery in weakness, fatigue or poor diet.

B-complex vitamins act as coenzymes in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism, helping the body produce energy. They also support normal nerve function and red blood cell formation, helping correct deficiency-related symptoms.

Take orally as advised by a doctor. Typically taken once daily after food with water; do not exceed the recommended dose.

Use with caution in liver disease (high-dose niacin), kidney disease and in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to vitamins. Do not take multiple vitamin supplements together unless advised. If symptoms persist or you have neuropathy, anemia, or malabsorption, consult a doctor.
