Nutritional supplement to support overall health; commonly used for omega-3/antioxidant supplementation, heart health support, and wellness (exact indication depends on label).

If this product contains omega-3 fatty acids and/or vitamins/antioxidants, they help support cell membrane function and reduce oxidative stress. Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA/DHA) may support cardiovascular and brain health by improving lipid profile and modulating inflammation.

Softgel capsule: take as directed by physician/dietitian or as per pack label, usually 1 capsule once daily after food with water. Do not chew; swallow whole.
