Proprietary Ayurvedic polyherbal formulation (exact per-tablet ingredient strengths vary by batch/label; commonly includes Lajjalu (Mimosa pudica), Nirgundi (Vitex negundo), Nagakesara (Mesua ferrea), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), Daruharidra (Berberis aristata), etc.)

Management of haemorrhoids (piles) including bleeding piles, pain, swelling and itching; supportive care in anal fissure symptoms and associated inflammation.

Pilex tablets contain a combination of herbs traditionally used for their anti-inflammatory, astringent and haemostatic actions. The formulation helps reduce swelling and discomfort in haemorrhoidal veins and may help control bleeding and promote healing of the anorectal mucosa.

Tablet (oral). Take as directed on the label or by a physician; commonly taken after meals with water. Do not exceed recommended dose; continue for the advised duration for symptomatic relief.
