Management of haemorrhoids (piles) including bleeding piles, pain, swelling and itching; supportive care in anal fissure symptoms and associated inflammation.

Pilex tablets contain a combination of herbs traditionally used for their anti-inflammatory, astringent and haemostatic actions. The formulation helps reduce swelling and discomfort in haemorrhoidal veins and may help control bleeding and promote healing of the anorectal mucosa.

Tablet (oral). Take as directed on the label or by a physician; commonly taken after meals with water. Do not exceed recommended dose; continue for the advised duration for symptomatic relief.

Nausea, stomach upset, abdominal discomfort, loose stools, constipation, allergic reactions (rash/itching)

For oral use only. If rectal bleeding is heavy/persistent, there is severe pain, or symptoms do not improve, consult a doctor to rule out other causes. Use with caution in pregnancy/breastfeeding and in people with chronic liver/kidney disease unless advised by a healthcare professional. Stop and seek medical advice if hypersensitivity occurs.

No well-documented interactions; however, use caution with anticoagulants/antiplatelets (due to bleeding symptom context) and avoid combining with other haemorrhoid remedies without medical advice.
